not me

— I don't make noise/talk loudly/run my sewing machine while others are watching television. It does not make Husband cranky.

— Lovely friend A did not point out a not-so-noticeable but very-there layer of kitty fur that had gradually become stuck on the carpeted baseboard of our hallway. I was not completely mortified by it and didn't need to spend nearly an hour making sure any and all remnants of cat hair was gone. gone. gone.

— I was not secretly proud of myself for buying my first-ever bus pass. I wasn't thrilled to stick it in its clear plastic sleeve. I'm not really excited to flash it at the bus driver tomorrow. I swear I'm not this lame.
