i would sleep much better with one of these


I would like a different headboard. The one that husband and I have now is my childhood bed, and it doesn't coordinate with the decor in our room.

I'm feeling very crafty lately, so this is what I would like to make to replace it:

    I want to make one of these too! I think it would be pretty easy -- some MDF, a sheet of foam, strong fabric and buttons. They used to make them on Trading Spaces all the time.

    And it can be easily mounted on the wall, rather than bolted to the bed frame, making it much easier to re-organize furniture in the future.
