**Editor's update: OK, so we didn't go camping. Boo. I came down with a sore throat on Friday, just in time to turn into a full-blown head cold and sinus infection, and ruin our long-awaited camping trip.
But we're making-lemons-into-lemonade type people, so we made the most of it ...
