what? it's saint patrick's day?

I somehow let Saint Patrick's Day sneak up on me. I had good intentions to decorate for each holiday this year, and March 17 is probably one of the easiest. But I've done nothing. I had to root deep into my closet at the last minute this morning to find a shirt that is only sort-of green.

So, I did a quick search and found a last-minute cake idea. 

I like it because it isn't all green. Instead of decorating it with a big green shamrock, it's a rainbow cake with a Smarties rainbow and pot of gold. They'd also be yummy in cupcake version.
